My fast food resturant rankings


1. Chik Fil A - fast service, simple but good food. Always more than enough staff. The pictures of their milkshakes look great but I haven't had one yet.

2. Popeyes - like the commercial says, "Love that chicken from Popeyes". I have eaten at many New Orleans restaurants but I don't think I've had any better red beans and rice than Popeyes serves. There cajun rice is also excellent. On second thought , I think Popeyes is #1.

3. Burger King - whoppers are great! And years ago when they introduced "have it your way", I was hooked. At last I could get it without onions.

4. Wendys - Wendys burgers are pretty good and the spicy chicken sandwich is good also. But their French fries have always been lousy. How can it be so difficult for them?

5. Arbys - I've never particularly liked their roast beef, but the beef and cheddar sandwich was ok when I used to eat it. I like the chicken cordon bleu and had a good Santa Fe salad there yesterday. Extra points for having curly fries and jamoca shakes.

6. Taco Bell - I kind of like their food although at the drive through window, I'm never sure what to order. Was that thing they advertised the grilled stuffed burrito or the steak and cheese chalupa or a gordita? Just give me some meat, rice, cheese, and sauce wrapped in a tortilla. I don't care what you call it.

7. KFC - eh, its ok. Occasionally I get a piece of chicken that takes me back to their glory days. But often the pieces of chicken seem to be odd. A breast thats mostly back for example.

8. McDonalds - I really dislike most of McDonalds food, but they're ok for breakfast. Their coffee is now excellent. I like the sausage mcmuffin (no egg because I hate eggs). I like the hash browns also. In addition, McDonalds has by far, the best French fries of all of these restaurants.

9.Subway - Subway always seems to have such promise but I'm always disappointed. For a sub place, their subs just aren't that good.
