So I was a little down the other day as I was stretching for my 5 AM exercise class. Why? #1 It was 5 AM, #2 I was at exercise class. But this song came on the radio and cheered me right up. Wow, its some type of pick me up song.

You're right. It would be hard to keep a down mood going with this playing - although at 5am I might have changed the channel!
