Well, my lovely wife took me out to the Chef's Table at Volt Restaurant in Frederick, run by Top Chef star Bryan Voltaggio. It was excellent and you can read about it here. But for those of you local to the Bowie area, I just had the finest meal that Bowie has to offer, a pound of pulled pork(I didn't eat it all. Some is for lunch tomorrow) and a side of mac and cheese from KBQ Barbecue in the new Fairwood shopping center off of Rte 450. Be sure to order a side of green beans as well. Excellent! So give KBQ a try. Its the finest dining our city has to offer and you don't have to wear a tie.
